03 Dec Is it too late to say SORRY?
JUAN SAYS: Ok admit it. The first time you heard the song “What Do You Mean” on the radio, you were dancing to it while driving. You’d nod your head and maybe show some moves to the amusement of the bus riding public. Then came “Sorry,” and you realized that it was sang by no less than that one teener turned lunatic Justin Bieber. You cringed at the thought that you in fact liked the songs that this boy was churning in. But heck you say: “I’m now a BelieBer!” Banger after banger you begin to like his Purpose album. Yes you may be in 30s or 40s for that matter but you are adoring his songs more than that of Adele’s #hugot Hello.
What’s with the Bieber craze that got you hooked? We only have one reason, and one reason only. You are just tired of #hugot songs that send nothing but the feeling of nostalgia and melancholy. Though you still want songs that you can relate to, you’d rather have something that makes you smile even though the message can be heart breaking. We too are tired of the melodramatic-pulling-your-gut-heart-and-all-that songs and we are just wondering when will all the heartache and pain end? Sure the world is rejoicing with Adele, and we still get that — the emotional, full of #hugot and over analysis of life, its meaning and where have they gone wrong. Just cut it out already and move on. No need to call your ex ask for closure. No need to sort out what went wrong in the relationship, and process everything to make living your life better. NO. Because if he still wanted you, he would be humming Bieber’s Sorry tune right this very minute.
