JUAN SAYS: Let’s put down all the things that are in our hands, sit down, relax, take a deep breath and read. We stumbled upon this post of a 30-day masturbation challenge where women are urged to do different masturbation steps to “release” their tensions at the end of the day, and we couldn’t be any happier. The lack of articles and the lack of support on female masturbation has pushed us back to that thinking that only “dirty girls” masturbate when in fact, as doctors suggest, it is as healthy as eating an apple a day. Blame it on religion, blame it on medieval beliefs that women are not allowed to pleasure themselves even for just a minute (or five as this challenge suggests). What is so wrong with release? What is so wrong with letting endorphin shoot up our brains so we all can have one hell of a rested sleep?
